British Smaller Cos VCT PLC and British Smaller Cos VCT 2 PLC - Leeds, England-based venture capital trusts - Say they have received GBP20 million in applications for its new share offer launched late September, which aims to raise GBP65 million. Says it has an over-allotment facility of a further GBP25 million.
