British Smaller Cos VCT PLC and British Smaller Companies VCT2 PLC - venture capital trusts managed by YFM Equity Partners - On Monday, together say they intend to launch a new combined offer for subscription for the tax year 2022/23. Intend to raise up to GBP50 million, with over-allotment facilities of up to GBP25 million, before issuing costs.
