Autins Group PLC - Rugby, Warwickshire-based maker of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions - Says that Chief Financial Officer Kamran Munir has resigned with immediate effect. Chair Adam Atwood thanks Munir for "his significant contribution over the past four years" and wishes him "all the best for the future". Munir joined Autins as CFO in January 2019, and was previously European finance director for Precision Counterparts Corp subsidiary Timet Ltd.
