IN BRIEF: Auction Technology Group management sells 1.1 million shares

Auction Technology Group PLC - London-based auction platform technology for online marketplaces - Five top executives, including Chief Executive Officer John-Paul Savant, sell a total of 1.1 million shares at 875 pence, worth GBP9.4 million, on Friday last week. Auction Technology says the share sales were for "personal financial and estate planning purposes". The largest sale is by Chief Operating Officer Richard Lewis, who sells 450,000, retaining 964,117.
