Auction Technology Group PLC - London-based auction market operator and technology company - JPMorgan Securities PLC says TA Associates raises GBP32 million via selling about 6.1 million Auction Tech shares at 525 pence each via an accelerated bookbuild to institutional investors. After the placing, TA Associates will have about 15.3 million of Auction Tech shares, a stake of around 12.6%, down from 21.4 million shares and a stake of 17.6%.
