All Things Considered Group PLC - London-based music firm providing talent management, live booking and livestreaming - Notes announcement by Hivemind Capital Partners and Algorand that they have acquired audio streaming service Napster. ATC says it holds a minority stake in the vehicle which has made the acquisition. The investor consortium consists of ATC Management, BH Digitial, G20 Ventures, "and others".
