----------
Vanquis Banking Group PLC, down 25% at 86.4p, 12-month range 82.00p-132.00p. The lender says an "uncertain macroeconomic backdrop resulted in more cautious consumer behaviour". This led to "lower than expected spending and utilisation from existing credit card customers". "While uncertain, for now we are assuming this spending caution persists and we therefore intend to continue to drive greater volume of high quality balance growth through new customer acquisition. This will moderate returns in 2026 and 2027, but position the group for stronger profitability beyond the near term impact. We now expect a low single digit return on tangible equity in 2026, a low double digit return in 2027 and a mid-teens return in 2028," it adds. It had previously expected a "low double-digit" RoTE for 2026. Its 2027 view was lowered from the "mid-teens".
----------

The building materials distributor expects to report half-year revenue of GBP232.0 million, down slightly from GBP232.8 million a year prior. "Although the recovery in our end markets is taking longer than expected, we remain focused on cash generation, operational execution and delivering sustainable shareholder value as our markets recover," Chief Executive Officer Shanker Patel says. It now expects annual revenue in the range of GBP17 million and GBP18 million, with adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation between GBP475 million and GBP495 million.
----------
Critical Mineral Resources PLC, down 11% at 1.65p, 12-month range 1.32p-5.50p. The exploration firm, with a focus on Morocco, reports further drill results from Agadir Melloul. It says "latest grades are lower than those reported in previous drill results". CEO Charlie Long adds: "They are above our internal 0.3% copper cut-off grade and consistent with the variability anticipated by the company in a sedimentary copper system."
----------

Pretax loss in the year ended March 31 narrow to USD2.3 million from USD8.3 million, the provider of localisation services to the entertainment industry reports.
