Aminex PLC, up 33% at 1.5 pence, 12-month range 1.1p-2.75p. The oil and gas company confirms that it is in talks with Tanzania's Ministry of Energy, the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corp, the Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority and ARA Petroleum Tanzania Ltd, with a view to progressing the implementation of the Ntorya Gas Development. Notes Ntorya's "relevance to the ongoing implementation of [the] strategically important [Ruvuma] project." Says it will make further announcements "in due course, as appropriate."

Headlam Group PLC, down 11% at 9.35 pence, 12-month range 5p-73.6p. The floor coverings distributor confirms completion of the sale of its Netherlands operations to SIL 2025 Ltd, a company managed by Rcapital Partners LLP. This includes Headlam Holdings BV, Headlam BV and Dersimo BV. Gross consideration totals EUR850,000, and Headlam plans to use the roughly EUR170,000 in net proceeds for general working capital. "The completion of the sale of our Netherlands businesses marks another step towards creating a simpler, more focused Headlam, centred solely on the UK market," comments Chief Executive Officer Rob Barclay.

Thruvision Group PLC, up 27% at 1.55 pence, 12-month range 0.525p-1.9p. The walk-through security technology provider has received an order from its first Canadian government customer through its value-added reseller, marking its first deployment in Canada's entrance market. It has an "established presence in the country," but "previous orders have predominantly served retail distribution customers." Says its 8108 WalkTHRU solution will be deployed at a municipal building to screen Council Chambers visitors. Adds that it has received "a number of orders" from new and existing retail customers in the UK, Europe and the US, and from a new European government client, for its WalkTHRU and SpotCHECK solutions.

Xtract Resources PLC, down 5.0% at 0.95 pence, 12-month range 0.525p-1.4p. The London-based diversified metals and minerals producer has raised GBP2.1 million through the issue of 210.0 million shares at 1.00p each "to certain existing shareholders and new investors". Says fundraise comprises a placing of 177.0 million shares for GBP1.8 million, and direct share subscriptions for 33.0 million shares for GBP330,000. Says Executive Chair Colin Bird is subscribing for 2.5 million subscription shares for GBP25,000, leaving him with 24.8 million shares or 1.77% of Xtract's enlarged share capital. Xtract notes that the issue price is equal to the stock's closing middle market price on Wednesday. Fundraise participants will also receive one warrant per new share subscribed for, exercisable at 2.00p for three years from admission. Xtract intends to use the placing proceeds to progress its Amghas antimony and Silverking copper projects.
