(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Unilever PLC - London-based consumer goods company - Says it will host an investor event to outline its plans for sustained, competitive growth as a pure play Home & Personal Care business on Wednesday. Plans to showcase the "significant opportunities offered by leading positions in attractive categories and an advantaged geographical footprint." It will outline how Unilever will "capture these opportunities through elevated Power Brands, an AI-enabled demand creation model and a relentless focus on in-market execution." In addition, Unilever announces the "evolution" of its operating model around a clear principle: "global strategy, local execution". Markets will be clustered in six performance units led by regional presidents with full accountability for P&L delivery across all categories. The plans set out at the event will support Unilever's medium-term financial algorithm: annual underlying sales growth of 4% to 6%, with underlying volume growth of at least 2% and modest improvement in underlying operating margin, supporting its ambition to deliver top-third shareholder returns. Unilever expects to deliver performance in line with this medium-term algorithm in 2027. Unilever says the simpler portfolio and new operating model will free up resources for investment. At the event, Unilever will set out plans to deliver productivity savings of EUR1 billion by end 2029, addressing stranded costs arising from the Foods transaction and savings from organisational simplification, process redesign and technology initiatives. Chief Executive Fernando Fernandez says: "Our new operating model will combine a centralised global strategy with excellence in local execution, aiming for portfolio convergence and simplification, leveraging our market leading brands and premium digital disruptors."

Ukrproduct Group Ltd - Ukrainian producer and distributor of branded dairy foods and beverages legally based in Jersey, Channel Islands - Provides an update on the "increasingly challenging" operating environment affecting its Ukrainian businesses and on developments concerning its long-standing financing arrangements with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The firm reiterates the "material uncertainty" relating to going concern disclosed in the interim financial statements published in September. Says it continues to "operate under substantial financial and operational constraints, and no assurance can be provided that further deterioration in the security or economic environment will not materially affect its financial position." Also says that the EBRD and Dairy Trading Corp, an existing wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, have entered into an agreement under which DTC will acquire EBRD's remaining rights and interests under the legacy EBRD financing facility through assignment of EBRD's outstanding claim under the facility, together with the related security over the operating subsidiary's production assets.
----------
ATC Music Group PLC - London-based music talent management, live booking and merchandising firm previously called All Things Considered - Says the group is delivering a strong second half of the year, with good progress across representation, technology-enabled services and live experiences and events, and a very encouraging pipeline of confirmed activity throughout 2027. "The board is very positive about the growth and development ahead," says Chief Executive Adam Driscoll.
----------
Oxford BioDynamics PLC - Oxford, England-based biotechnology company that develops medical tests - Says that 250 million placing shares intended for Vulpes Investment Management have now been placed with three separate investors, each of whom is an existing shareholder, with Vulpes' consent.
Accordingly, the placing has now completed and the company will receive proceeds of GBP9.2 million in full.
----------
M Winkworth PLC - London-based real estate agency franchisor - Company and Simon Agace agree a further consent order in the ongoing High Court proceedings, which has been sealed by the court. The parties remain in discussions with a view to reaching a settlement and have agreed to enter into mediation. To facilitate that process, the stay of all further proceedings ordered on September 29 has been extended up to and including November 23. The hearing of the company's application, originally listed for October 5, remains adjourned with liberty to restore. The undertakings Agace gave in connection with the consent order dated August 12 remain in full force and effect until the dispute is resolved, or until further order of the court.

Jangada Mines PLC - natural resources development company, with interests in Brazil - Announces exceptional high-grade gold results from a multi-target grab sampling programme at its Molly gold project in the Tapajos Province, northern Brazil. Sampling across the Vivi, Molly 2 and newly identified Jane and Esmeril targets has returned high gold grades, particularly at Vivi and Molly 2, highlighting the presence of extensive gold-bearing vein systems and widespread mineralisation across the project area. "The latest results from the Molly gold project have exceeded our expectations, delivering further bonanza-grade gold mineralisation and reinforcing the project's exceptional potential as a multi-target, polymetallic system," says Chief Executive, Paulo Misk. The CEO says exploration continues at pace, with geological mapping ongoing, interpretation of the completed drone magnetic and induced polarisation surveys nearing completion, and aeromagnetic results expected shortly.
----------
Cadence Minerals PLC - London-based mining services company - Announces that DEV Mineracao SA completes hot commissioning of the Azteca processing plant at the Amapa iron ore project 30 days into the 45-day period permitted by the Amapa State Environmental Secretariat. DEV files the commissioning and installation licence compliance reports on October 29, completing the submissions requested for the Azteca operating licence application. Commissioning ran on lower grade accessible feed, and the grade of the commissioning concentrate is not yet known; assay results will be reported when received. The operating licence remains pending, firm says, and commercial operations and shipments remain subject to its grant and conditions. Chief Executive Kiran Morzaria says: "We ran on the feed we could reach rather than wait for access to the higher-grade material, so we could file for the operating licence sooner. We expect to prove the product on design-grade feed once we are licensed."
