TRADING UPDATES: Roundhouse AI sees GBP14.1 million IPO market value

12th Oct 2026 21:24

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Informa PLC - London-based business information and exhibitions group - A number of directors subscribe for 183,425 shares at 860 pence each as part of the equity raise announced last week. The GBP940 million placing with existing institutional shareholders is to part-fund the GBP2.24 billion acquisition of Clarion Events, announced last Tuesday.

----------

Standard Life PLC - London-based retirement savings provider - Says Siobhan Boylan, the shareholder nominated non-executive director by Aberdeen Group PLC will cease to be on the board with effect from Monday. This comes after Aberdeen's sale of 52 million shares in Standard Life last week. This took Aberdeen's shareholding to around 5.3%. Under the terms of its arrangements with Standard Life, Aberdeen no longer satisfies the ownership threshold required to nominate a director to the board.

----------

Metals One PLC - critical and precious metals project developer and investor with a focus on gold and uranium - Further to September's announcement, Metals One provides an update on the Lions Bay Resources approved business rescue plan. Metals owns 30% of Lions Bay with an option to acquire a further 19.99%. Says the application to have the Lions Bay Plan set aside was held in the High Court of South Africa on Monday. The judge reserved judgment. Managing Director Daniel Maling says: "We welcome the court's careful consideration of the arguments on the Lions Bay Plan. Lions Bay remains confident in its legal position having now substantially implemented the plan for the benefit of the community and past and future mine workers with a view to re-establishing full mining operations later this year. We will update the market as soon as judgement is handed down."

----------

Gfinity PLC - London-based e-sports and gaming services company - Says Connected IQ delivered campaigns for three agencies in September, continuing the adoption of the technology. Additionally, Connected IQ has agreed a partnership with a major demand-side platform. The DSP will offer Connected IQ's contextual models to its network and utilise their sales infrastructure to expand the offering. "This opens a second route to market alongside direct agency sales and introduces Connected IQ to a new group of advertisers," company explains. In November, Connected IQ launches in the US, with a sales roadshow. Says Yentra.AI will rebrand as Cortx IQ which will launch commercially in October. In addition, says it continues to progress the acquisition of 0M Technology Solutions Ltd, the owner of Connected IQ, and is currently completing its due diligence and agreement of the applicable transaction documents. The consideration is currently expected to be a combination of new ordinary shares and possibly a convertible loan such that the funds raised in the recent placing remain available in full for the group's commercial growth.

----------

Roundhouse AI Ltd - Singapore-based technology company specialising in artificial intelligence agent deployment - Expects a market capitalisation on admission of around GBP14.1 million at the placing price of 5 pence per share. Plans to raise GBP1.6 million on admission. Admission of the new shares is expected on Tuesday.

----------

Keras Resources PLC - mine developer focused on West Africa and the US - Says all resolutions at the annual general meeting held on Monday were passed. As a result, Keras confirms completion of the initial 51% acquisition interest in Cornerstone Mining (Pty) Ltd; the sale of Keras US LLC which paves the way for the new strategy to build a focussed copper exploration, development and production company; and that it intends to quantify and develop known shallow copper oxide mineralisation, targeting a pathway towards early production and cash flow, while exploring the deeper sulphide potential to define a larger-scale copper resource. Keras says it has agreements with local Namibian Mining Claim holders in place to jointly develop projects within the licence areas. In addition, it has an option to acquire a further 19% interest in Cornerstone providing a pathway to increase its ownership to 70%. The company will also change its name to Okopa PLC, effective Tuesday. "With a funded, debt-free corporate structure, retained royalty exposure to Diamond Creek and a strengthened Board focused on delivery, Okopa is well positioned for its next phase of growth. Our development plan is already being implemented and is expected to generate a strong pipeline of operational and exploration news as we develop the project," says CEO Russell Lamming.

----------

PXN Growth VCT PLC - venture capital trust - Says a prospectus relating to an offer for subscription of up to GBP10 million ordinary shares, together with an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP10 million ordinary shares, has today been published, following Financial & Conduct Authority approval. The offer opens Monday and is expected to close not later than April 1, 2027, for shares to be allotted in the 2026/2027 tax year, and on September 24, 2027, for shares to be allotted in the 2027/2028 tax year.

----------

Great Western Mining Corp PLC - Nevada-focused gold, silver and copper explorer - Announces that a total of 9.1 million shares and warrants have been issued in conjunction with the placing at the end of January.

----------

Ajax Resources PLC - London-based natural resources investment company - Says it is progressing towards final approval for the admission of ordinary shares to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. In April, Ajax appointed Bowsprit Partners Ltd as its Euronext growth advisor. The company has now completed financial and legal due diligence performed by independent Norwegian accounting and legal firms but the admission remains subject to final approval by Euronext Growth Oslo and completion of a proposed financing. Ajax intends to undertake a private placement of new shares to raise a minimum of EUR2.5 million, in order to meet Euronext Growth Oslo admission requirements, which require a minimum fundraising of that amount and a minimum price of NOK1.00 per new share, currently equivalent to approximately 8 pence per share. Proceeds will support further drilling and development work in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Spain plus the evaluation, execution and completion of potential acquisition opportunities.

----------

Valereum PLC- Manchester, England-based digital asset infrastructure firm - Announces that the deadline for registration of the first-ranking security interest over mining interests in Queensland expired last Thursday, without the registration having been completed. Following discussions with Quorium Global Photonics SPC, Valereum has agreed to extend the deadline for registration of the security by a further 10 working days to allow additional time for the registration process to be completed. Valereum says it is continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the failure to register the security within the required timeframe and considers a short extension appropriate to allow these enquiries to continue.

----------

Smarter Web Co PLC - Bristol, England-based web design and development and online marketing services provider with bitcoin treasury policy - Raises GBP10.0 million by GBP2.4 million institutional offer and GBP7.6 million retail offer, equating to net proceeds of GBP8.3 million. Intends to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, for the acquisition of additional bitcoin for the group's treasury reserve and for its operational business growth strategy.

----------

Water Intelligence PLC - London-based provider of water infrastructure technology solutions - Announces the strategic reacquisition of its fast growing franchise in southern Alabama within the group's core American Leak Detection subsidiary. This transaction is expected to be immediately accretive. Water Intelligence will pay USD4.7 million in cash with USD2.5 million at completion and the remaining payments spread through 2029. The purchase price is based on trailing twelve-month performance of USD2.15 million in revenue and USD815,000 in adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation.

----------

Vast Resources PLC - acquiring 49% stake in joint venture with government of Tajikistan that owns four gold mines, a processing plant, and two tailings deposits in northern Tajikistan - Announces production results for the quarter ended September 30 from the Aprelevka joint venture in it holds a 49% stake. Says Kansai Tailings mined increases 44% quarter-on-quarter to 137,964 tonnes from 96,120 tonnes the prior quarter. Ore mined increases 14% to 65,796 tonnes from 57,948 tonnes on-quarter, throughput increases 21% to 207,789 tonnes milled from 171,540 tonnes, gold production increases 5% to 2,701 ounces from 2,580 oz but silver production decreases 3% to 23,603 oz from 24,242 oz. The lower Kansai Tailings grade reflects the planned processing of lower-grade material from an additional old tailings dam not previously considered by the company as grade bearing, Vast Resources says. CEO Andrew Prelea says: "Looking ahead, the improvements made to the processing plant provide a good platform for Q4, while at Soviet Tailings we are approaching an important stage, with the pilot flotation plant nearing commissioning and drilling for the maiden mineral resource estimate now complete. Our focus is on maintaining this momentum as we advance all areas of the project."
