TRADING UPDATES: ImmuPharma teams with Imperial; Webis results delayed

Craven House Capital PLC - London-based investment firm - For financial year ended May 31, pretax loss narrows to USD2.4 million from USD13.2 million loss the year before. Did not generate any revenue.

Beowulf Mining PLC - developing Kallak iron ore project and the Aitolampi natural flake graphite project - For third quarter to September 30, pretax loss widens to GBP505,780 from GBP311,899 a year ago.

Aquila Services Group PLC - housing, sport, and educational and treasury management consultancy services provider - For six months to September 30, posts pretax profit of GBP304,000, up from GBP202,000 on revenue of GBP4.9 million, rising from GBP3.5 million. Declares interim dividend 0.20 pence, up from 0.15p last year.

Ventus VCT PLC and Ventus 2 VCT PLC - venture capital trusts - Ventus VCT reports net asset value per share as at August 31 of 120.4p, down from 121.8p at February 28. Ventus 2 VCT net asset value per share at August 31 down at 90.5p from 94.1p at February 28.

ImmuPharma PLC - London-based drug discovery and development company - Signs two-year collaboration agreement with Imperial College London. Under the collaboration, Imperial College will provide significant intellectual input and guidance on a number of innovative peptide assets being developed at ImmuPharmas' subsidiary, ImmuPharma Biotech in Bordeaux.

Directa Plus PLC - graphene nanoplatelets supplier - Says it has won a project tender from the state of Lombardy's TECH FAST programme for accelerating innovation processes by Lombardy based companies. Says project will last for 12 months and has a total value of EUR294,000, of which 50% is non-refundable and will commence immediately.

Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Co PLC - UK energy efficiency assets investor - Says it has acquired a portfolio of operational, Feed in Tariff accredited, "run of the river" hydroelectric power projects in Scotland for an aggregate total of GBP26.6 million.

Webis Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based gaming firm - Says completion of auditing of accounts for annual results for year to May 31, have been delayed due to a "Covid-19 related issue". Company has agreed with AIM an extension to February 28, 2022 for the publication deadline of its accounts. In a trading update for financial 2021, Webis expects pretax profit of USD824,000, swinging from loss of USD284,000 last year.

Summerway Capital PLC - Summerway Capital PLC - company which invests in household and consumer goods sectors - Following acquisition of Vertigrow Technology Ltd, Summerway says it will be changing its accounting reference date and financial year end to December 31 from August 31.

HydrogenOne Capital Growth PLC - hydrogen investment fund managed by HydrogenOne Capital LLP - Says that it has signed definitive agreements for a private equity investment of GBP10 million in HiiROC Ltd - an innovative supplier of clean hydrogen production. Following purchase of a minority equity stake, HydrogenOne has the right to a board seat at HiiROC. Further, HydrogenOne's investment in HiiROC forms part of a GBP26 million fundraising round, introducing other new investors including Melrose Industries PLC, Centrica PLC, Hyundai and Kia, alongside existing strategic investors Wintershall Dea and VNG.

San Leon Energy PLC - independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focused on Nigeria - Notes that Eroton Exploration & Production Co Ltd, in which San Leon currently has an indirect 39% interest, has signed a non-binding term sheet with Africa Import Export Bank for a prospective USD750,000,000 senior secured reserve-based lending facility. The purpose of the proposed facility, in addition to refinancing Eroton's current senior bank debt is to provide funding which will be used by Eroton to acquire an additional 18% interest in OML 18. This will take Eroton's interest in OML 18 to 45%. As part of the potential transaction San Leon would increase its indirect economic interest in Eroton to 98% from 39%. San Leon's indirect economic interest in OML 18 would then increase to 44% from the current 11%.

Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC - Borehamwood, England-based plastic technologies company - Says UK government department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs has not listed oxo-biodegradable plastic in its November public consultation as a "frequently littered and problematic plastic." The Scottish government has likewise issued draft Regulations in November which do not list oxo-biodegradable plastic. Symphony views this as a "major step in the right direction".
