TRADING UPDATES: Hydrogen Utopia International raises funds

24th Jul 2026 17:49

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Alien Metals Ltd - minerals exploration and development firm focused on Australia - Releases its quarterly activities report for the period ended June 30. During the quarter, says West Coast Silver continued to advance the Elizabeth Hill silver project in Western Australia, delivering a number of significant operational and technical milestones as it progresses the project towards resource growth and development. After the period-end West Coast Silver reported high-grade diamond drill results and final reverse circulation percussion assays from the 2026 program. This confirmed a new high-grade silver zone beneath and south of the historical workings. Alien holds a 30% interest in Elizabeth Hill and holds 30.5 million shares in West Coast silver.

----------

Kendrick Resources PLC - Scandinavia-focused mineral exploration and development company - Announces "further highly encouraging portable X-ray fluorescence analytical results" from diamond drill holes TKDD007 to TKDD010 at the Teufelskuppe project. The results confirm high-grade rare earth element mineralisation over substantial widths within the TK carbonatite complex, adding to the company's confidence in the scale, quality and near-surface potential of the project. The programme continues to identify broad zones of continuous, near-surface mineralisation, with light rare earth oxide across extensive areas. The consistency of grade, continuity and tenor remains a defining feature of the complex and highlights the potential significance of its LREO mineralisation, company says. "We will continue drilling with three rigs with the aim of generating sufficient data to produce a mineral resource estimate for TK in the shortest possible timeframe," says Chair Colin Bird.

----------

Arc Minerals Ltd - exploration company focused on copper deposits in Africa - Says results of the geophysical programme at the Virgo programme at the Kalahari copper belt in Botswana "exceeded our expectations". A survey finds "several high-priority anomalies". Drilling activities are expected to commence in early August.

----------

Neo Energy Metals PLC - owns uranium and gold projects in South Africa - Says its 70%-owned South African subsidiary, Neo Uranium Resources Beisa Mine Proprietary Ltd, signs a site access and contractorship agreement with Sibanye Gold Proprietary Ltd, a subsidiary of Sibanye-Stillwater Ltd. This grants Neo Energy access to the Beatrix 4 shaft mining area to begin a fully funded assessment programme while regulatory transfer of the Beatrix 4 shaft mining right continues. A three-workstream implementation assessment is now underway, ultimately resulting in an updated resource estimate and implementation plan. First gold production remains targeted for December 2027. "This agreement gets us on site and working, while the regulatory transfer runs its course. We now have a structured, costed roadmap across all three workstreams - gold plant refurbishment, uranium circuit design, and site infrastructure - so that the moment the mining right transfers, we move straight into execution with minimum delay," says Chief Executive Theo Botoulas.

----------

Investment Co PLC - investor in UK small and mid-cap companies - Raises GBP299,483 by retail offer at at 76.41 pence per share. This follows a placing earlier this month which raised GBP7.2 million.

----------

CleanTech Lithium PLC - Chile-focused lithium explorer - Announces the results of the processing of eluate produced by the company's DLE pilot plant in Chile into 330 kilogrammes of high purity lithium carbonate. This downstream processing was undertaken by US-based, vertically integrated lithium production and technology company, Empower EIT. Empower processed 55,000 litres of eluate at its advanced lithium processing facility in Dallas producing 330kg of lithium carbonate with purity ranging across five campaigns from 99.68% to 99.91%. "The results from this pilot project represent a significant milestone with the collaboration with Empower - producing a large test volume of high purity lithium carbonate from our Laguna Verde project," says Chief Executive Ignacio Mehech.

----------

Hydrogen Utopia International PLC - transforms non-recyclable waste plastic into hydrogen, clean fuels and advanced materials - Raises GBP850,000 through a placing at 2.0 pence per share. Proceeds will be used to support its expansion in Saudi Arabia, to advance the Fortress Fuels initiative, and to extend its exclusive licence agreements with Inentec, all of which the board believes represent significant strategic opportunities as it continues to broaden its geographic footprint, diversify its operating base, and advance its ambitions in JP8 and SAF production. In addition, names Clear Capital Markets as its sole broker with immediate effect.
