Genflow Biosciences PLC - London-based biotechnology firm - Says 2026 will "emphasize rationalization of our pipeline, prioritizing programs with the strongest data, clearest paths to value creation, and highest partner interest." Central to this strategy will be the pursuit of early-stage licensing and collaboration agreements designed to generate non-dilutive funding. abrdn Diversified Income and Growth - Edinburgh-based investor across asset classes - Confirms that, in addition to the secondary sales announced in December, the company has now completed the sales of a further six of its fund investments and private market assets and 50% of an additional three fund interests, raising GBP9.8 million and unlocking GBP3.4 million of cash being retained in respect of the company's undrawn commitments. The company expects that the sales of its remaining fund interests will complete during this quarter, such that the board also remains on track to put forward proposals during the quarter to place the company into members' voluntary liquidation.

ECR Minerals PLC - Australia-focused gold exploration and development company - Conditionally raises GBP1.5 million, before expenses, via a placing of 576.9 million new shares at 0.26p each. ECR says the fundraising marks an "important milestone" and provides the capital strength to accelerate its production and exploration strategy across Queensland and Victoria, Australia. The board says it is now positioned to transition into a multi-project gold producer and explorer. "Today's GBP1.5 million fundraising is a major step forward for ECR and we are delighted by the backing received from institutional investors. This support reflects confidence in both our strategy and our progress as we establish ECR as a multi-site gold company," says Chair Nick Tulloch.

Alien Metals Ltd - London-based mining firm focused on Australia - Joint venture partner, West Coast Silver Ltd, issues around 16.8 million shares following completion of the placement announced in December. Following completion of the placement, Alien holds an 8.7% interest in the issued share capital of West Coast.

WH Ireland Group PLC - London-based wealth-management firm - Court Meeting and General Meeting on Thursday approve takeover by Team PLC.

Mobile Streams PLC - London-based mobile gaming content provider - Says the acquisitions of Estadio Gana and Capital Media Sports will complete on admission of the company's enlarged issued share capital to trading on AIM, expected on Thursday. Following completion, the company will change its name to Gana Media Group PLC.

Palace Capital PLC - London-based property investor - Says a number of allegations from Lakestreet Capital Partners regarding Palace Capital's Executive Chair Steven Owen's pay are "inaccurate and misleading and reflect clear misunderstandings about Palace Capital's recent corporate history." Explains that the cost of the board has reduced significantly since Steven Owen became chair, the board having been reduced from seven directors to two. The sales of the properties at Halifax, Leamington Spa and Exeter have not yet completed therefore comparing the current cost with a future position is "misleading," it says. Further, Palace Capital says to compare Steven Owen's pay as executive chair with the remuneration of the previous five non-executive directors is misleading as these were all non-executive roles.
