Zoetic International PLC - London-based cannabidiol products - Confirms it has changed its name at Companies House to Chill Brands Group PLC, after its main product offering. This follows its acquisition of the domain chill.com and roll-out of Chill-brand tobacco alternatives in the US. Stock market ticker will change to CHLL.
Current stock price: 37.99 pence, down 2.6% on Monday
Year-to-date change: down 46%
