Equiniti Group PLC - London-based financial administration outsourcer - Shares will be suspended from trading in London on Friday and are expected to be cancelled on Monday next week after the scheme for Equiniti's takeover by funds managed by Siris Capital Group LLC was approved the court on Wednesday. Back in May, Equiniti had agreed to be taken over by Siris in a deal worth GBP673 million.
Current stock price: 179.60 pence, versus 180p offer price
Year-to-date change: up 63%
