Burford Capital Ltd - litigation finance provider with offices in London, New York and elsewhere - Increases size of debt offer to USD275.0 million from the USD200.0 million announced on Tuesday. The 9.25% senior notes due 2031 will be issued by Burford Capital Global Finance LLC. The additional debt offer will raise the total principal of the 2031 notes to USD675.0 million, as USD400.0 million already was outstanding. The notes are priced at 103.625% of face value, plus accrued interest from January 1.
