(Alliance News) - Highlands Natural Resources PLC on Monday said it will change its name to Zoetic International PLC with immediate effect as it begins to focus solely on its cannabidiol operations.
The natural resources company, which earlier this year ventured into the CBD market said it will commence trading under the new name on Tuesday.
The company first raised funds for its Zoetic Organics CBD brand in March, expecting first revenue from the product by mid-2019 and profitability before the end of the year.
In September, Highlands said it will begin to close its natural resources business in order to concentrate solely on the Zoetic product range.
Shares in Highlands Natural were 0.1% lower at 4.84 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
