(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Pressure Technologies PLC - Sheffield, England-based specialist engineering - Hires Nick Salmon to be non-executive chair, starting April 1. Salmon is chair of gas distributor Scotia Gas Networks Ltd and of South East Water Ltd, though he will step down from the waterworks firm at the end of next month. As an executive, Salmon was chief executive of Cookson Group PLC and of Babcock International Group PLC. Both Roy Gardner and Brian Newman will step down as non-executive directors on March 31, and Tim Cooper will be promoted to replace Newman as senior independent director.

600 Group PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based manufacturer and distributor of machine tools, precision engineered components and industrial laser systems - Hires Rui Lopes as chief financial officer, starting immediately. Lopes was CFO of Ocean Insight Inc, part of Halma PLC. He also held senior finance roles within Smiths Medical, which was then part of Smiths Group PLC.

XLMedia PLC - Henley-on-Thames-based marketing for online gaming, personal finance and sports - Christopher Bell steps down as non-executive chair, his departure having been announced in January. Non-Executive Director Julie Markey is promoted to interim chair while a search for a replacement is made.

North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC - invests for capital appreciation in smaller companies based in countries bordering the North Atlantic ocean - Peregrine Moncreiffe steps down as chair with effect on Friday, replaced by Charles Wake, who has been a non-executive director since 2018.
