(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of earnings for London-listed companies, issued on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Billington Holdings PLC - Barnsley, England-based construction company - Expects to report 2026 underlying pretax profit of GBP4.0 million to GBP5.5 million, below current market expectations and down from GBP4.1 million in 2025. This is due to previously anticipated contract profits not being recognised this year as well as the performance of an industrial project. "A final determination as to whether certain contract profits can be recognised will be made following the year end and, accordingly, the final [2026] outturn may be at the higher end of the range referred to above." The affected contract is that of an industrial sector project in the north of England. Says the project "has proved more challenging to deliver than anticipated and, following a reassessment of the costs required to complete, the group expects a material reduction in the margin contribution from the contract." Second, notes client-led delays to a significant bridge contract being undertaken by subsidiary Tubecon. The contribution from the project is now expected to be recognised in 2027.

Gledhow Investments PLC - London-headquartered investment firm focused on small to medium undervalued or fast-growing companies - Announces the expansion of its strategy to become "a listed origination and incubation platform for natural resources companies." "Gledhow will now seek to originate, structure, seed and take to market, a sequence of new resource vehicles, retaining an early-stage interest in each, alongside legacy and new investments in listed and unlisted natural resources opportunities," the company says. Adds: "The directors believe that in junior resource companies, much of the value is created early in the life cycle, as a company moves from incorporation through its initial financings to a stock market listing. Gledhow's model is designed to give its shareholders exposure from an early stage, across a diversified pipeline of vehicles, through a single listed entity." Gledhow is now debt free following repayment of the final tranche of GBP48,465.76 of convertible loan notes held by P4 Capital Ltd. The company will continue to deploy capital into listed and unlisted resource companies, "typically through placings and other special situations where value can be gained." Penina Resources is to be the first vehicle under Gledhow's new strategy. Says it is evaluating opportunities for Penina and intends to seek admission to a stock exchange, simultaneously with an acquisition. Gledhow expects to retain a significant shareholding in Penina following admission. Managing Director Guy Miller comments: "We believe that in junior resources, much of the value is created early in the life cycle. That is where Gledhow intends to operate. Our objective is to originate the next generation of listed resource companies, hold a meaningful pre-IPO position in each, and give our shareholders access to that stage of value creation through the company. We think the market has made it harder and more expensive for good projects and good teams to prepare for a listing. We see that as the opportunity. We believe that a platform that can originate, structure and list vehicles repeatedly, and share its cost base across a pipeline, has a structural advantage over the single-asset model."

Fusion Antibodies PLC - Belfast-based contract researcher that provides discovery, design and optimisation services for therapeutic antibodies to the healthcare market - Wins contract to provide its rational affinity maturation programme technology to an unnamed European listed global pharmaceutical company. The project involves affinity engineering of the client's lead antibody and has been awarded under an existing master services agreement. Fusion expects the project to generate revenue above GBP45,000, with work expected to be completed in the current financial year, ending March 31. CEO Adrian Kinkaid says: "We are delighted to have secured this new RAMP project with a returning global pharmaceutical client. It is particularly encouraging to re-engage with an established customer for whom we have previously undertaken similar work, demonstrating the continued relevance of our specialist antibody engineering capabilities. The award provides a further opportunity to apply our proprietary RAMP technology to the development of the Client’s lead antibody. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality antibody engineering services and building deeper relationships with major pharmaceutical companies, creating opportunities for further collaboration."

Conroy Gold & Natural Resources PLC - Developer of the Irish Discs of Gold project - Pretax loss in the year to May 31 narrows to EUR388,097 from EUR633,394 a year ago. Reports no revenue, unchanged. Operational expenses rise to EUR547,644 to EUR530,802. Chair John Sherman says: "The recent drill results, and other work, have confirmed the board's confidence in the Discs of Gold project and the interest shown from overseas investors is very heartening. With additional funding we will be able to advance the project more rapidly and the proposed TSXV listing will assist in this." The 100% held Discs of Gold project is defined by two parallel district scale gold trends, extending over 90 kilometres, anchored by the Clontibret gold deposit.

Contango Holdings PLC - Zimbabwe-focused metallurgical coal producer - Announces changes to the senior management team following the GBP5 million investment by Huo Investments Ltd and Pacific Goal Investments Ltd, who now hold 50.1% of the company as a concert party. Andrew Darare is appointed as chief executive officer and Yalin Sun as chief financial officer. Junchao Liu is named non-executive director. Gordon Thompson and Oliver Stansfield will step down as chair and non-executive director, respectively. The company believes the new management team have the collective experience to fully unlock the potential of the Muchesu Project through their existing resources and networks, both within Zimbabwe and internationally," Contango says.
----------
Eco Animal Health Group PLC - London-based animal health company - Says trading in six months to September 30 has been in-line with expectations, including revenue growth of 6% excluding China and growth over 50% in South and South East Asia. Says an excess of pork in China, which has driven prices lower, has led to producer losses and a reduction in expenditure on animal health products. As a result, Eco expects to report a "significant reduction" in revenue from its China and Japan geographical segment. Projects total first half revenue of GBP33 million, down from GBP39 million a year ago. Chief Executive Officer David Hallas says: "However, a strong performance in other regions and our continued efforts improving gross margins are expected to deliver half year adjusted Ebitda in-line with the prior year, with market conditions expected to improve during [the second half]. With the continued ramp-up of ECOVAXXIN MS sales in the EU and further progress expected across our portfolio of innovative new products, ECO remains well positioned for our next phase of growth." Results for the six month period will be published on November 30.
