LONDON (Alliance News) - Regenersis PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Rob Woodward bought 7,500 shares at a price of 196.5 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Woodward is interested in 11,959 shares, representing 0.02% of the company's issued share capital.
The stock was up 0.5% at 195.00p Friday.
