Energean PLC - London-based energy company - Growthy Holdings Co Ltd, an entity closely associated with Chief Executive Officer Mathios Rigas, buys 26,299 shares at 703.10 pence each on Monday in London, for GBP184,908 in total. OilCo Investments Ltd, which is associated with Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou, buys 26,195 shares at the same price, also in London on Monday, for GBP184,177. OilCo is owned by Trustena GmbH, the trustee of Topouzoglou's family trust 'The Energy Trust'.

S&U PLC - Solihull, England-based lender focused on motor finance and property bridging - Chair Anthony Coombs sells 3,300 shares at 1,940p each for GBP64,020 on Thursday in London.

PureTech Health PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based biotech and pharmaceutical company - Directors buy 147,849 shares in total at 119p each, for GBP175,940, on Tuesday and Wednesday in London. Chief Executive Officer Robert Lyne acquires 36,500 shares; Interim Chair Sharon Barber-Lui buys 29,868; and Non-Executive Directors John LaMattina and Michele Holcomb buy 50,000 and 31,481 shares, respectively.
