Zentra Group PLC - Manchester-based residential developer, development manager and property manager - Great Ducie Street Ltd enters into a letter of intent with AC1 Construction Ltd in connection with the completion of the remaining works at One Victoria. Says the LOI enables AC1 to take possession of the development site, undertake principal contractor duties and commence initial works while the parties finalise terms of a replacement contract. The developer is working to finalise the remaining scope of works, cost plan and construction programme, AC1 adds. It continues to expect practical completion during the fourth quarter of 2026. Zentra Group PLC - Manchester, England-based residential developer focused on the north of England - Enters into a joint venture with property management professional Connor Moylan to enhance the firm's assured shorthold tenancy lettings and property management capability via a new subsidiary, ZPAS Ltd. Zentra says: "The group already provides residential lettings and property management services through its existing subsidiary, Zentra Property Services Ltd. The formation of ZPAS is intended to improve the scalability, operational focus and quality of the group's AST lettings and management activities, while avoiding the addition of senior fixed overhead at Group level. Zentra Group PLC - Manchester-based residential developer focused on the north of England - Set to transfer its listing on Monday next week to the newly launched Aquis Real Asset Market from the Access Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange. ARAM is a specialised market segment for real assets, such as commercial real estate, real estate debt securities, infrastructure and forestry. Zentra explains: "ARAM has been developed as a dedicated platform for the listing and trading of real asset-backed securities — including equity and debt at both the company and asset level. The segment has been specifically created to meet the needs of real estate and infrastructure-led businesses, offering more appropriate structures for capital raising, and greater visibility for investors. The company believes ARAM will allow investors to engage more directly with its pipeline of projects and provide a clearer view of how value is created at the asset level — something that is harder to achieve under a traditional single-company listing."
