Zentra Group PLC - Manchester, England-based residential developer focused on the north of England - Signs new relationship agreement with 65.15% majority shareholder, One Heritage Property Development Ltd. Says the agreement formalises the relationship to ensure it is operating independently of OHPD and reinforces Zentra's commitment to "transparency, accountability and shareholder value".
