TheWorks.co.uk PLC - Birmingham, England-based retailer of arts & crafts, stationery, toys and books - Says that Carolyn Bradley will be stepping down as chair and independent non-executive director with effect from July 15. Steve Bellamy has been appointed to succeed Bradley and will join the board on the same date. Bellamy joins as non-executive chair, having worked in a range of public and private companies.
