Wheaton Precious Metals Corp - Vancouver-based precious metals streaming - Announces renewal of at-the-market equity programme. This allows Wheaton to issue of up to USD300 million in shares from treasury to investors. The shares will be sold at the prevailing market price, and Wheaton intends to use proceeds to fund precious metals production purchase agreements and debt repayment. The ATM programme was launched in April 2020, but no shares have been issued and the programme has not been used since due to robust cash flows and access to debt, Wheaton explains. Read More
