Wellnex Life Ltd - Melbourne-based consumer healthcare company - Joint Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director George Karafotias resigns. Steps down immediately as a director, but will stay on at the company for his three-month notice period "to provide appropriate handovers" and "ensure a smooth transition". Fellow joint CEO Zack Bozinovski will remain as sole CEO.
