Workspace Group PLC - London-based flexible workspace provider - Exchanges on disposal of two 'lower-conviction' London properties for a total of GBP11.8 million, in line with their September valuation and at a net initial yield of 5.7%. The buildings being sold are Peer House, a 10,000 square foot office near Gray's Inn Road in Holborn, central London, and Blocks A and B of Parkhall Business Centre in Dulwich, south London.
