Warehouse REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on 'last mile' industrial warehouses in urban areas of the UK - Concludes sale of two distribution estates for GBP29.5 million. One is a vacant 92,000 square metre feet warehouse with a high office component, bought by an unnamed occupier for GBP15.0 million. The other is Temple House, sold for GBP14.5 million.
