IN BRIEF: Vistry starts GBP55 million three-month buyback

Vistry Group PLC - Kent, England-based FTSE 250 housebuilder - Commences share buyback programme announced in mid-September to repurchase shares worth up to GBP55 million. Expects programme, which acts in lieu of an interim dividend, to complete no later than March 14, when Vistry intends to announce its full-year results. Of the shares repurchased, Vistry will hold up to 250,000 in treasury and cancel the rest. Vistry currently has authority to repurchase a maximum of 34.6 million shares.
