Versarien PLC - Cheltenham, England-based engineering materials company - Completes the construction phase of a civil engineering project using 3D printing. Says it has been working with a subsidiary of Costain Group PLC to develop designs for a 3D printed concrete headwall for use in highway construction projects. This is part of the Digital Roads of the Future Partnership, which is a collaboration led by the University of Cambridge, Costain and National Highways, of which Versarien is a partner. The company says it placed 18.5 million new shares at a price of 10 pence per share. Versarien PLC - Cheltenham, England-based engineering materials company - Signs a commercial agreement with BiaBrazil, a Brazilian sports and active wear manufacturer. Deal will see Versarien's graphene-wear technology integrated in a new range of "women and men's active wear garments".
