UIL Limited - Closed-end Bermuda-incorporated investment company - Announces results for year to June 30. Reports revenue earnings per ordinary share of 6.68 pence, down 20% from 8.35p the year prior, while net asset value per share fell 23% to 199.87p from 260.89p. The dividend per share of 8.00p was unchanged from the previous year. Adds net income totalled GBP5.6 million, down 20% from GBP7.0 million. Explains the year has been challenging on the economic and geopolitical front.
