TruFin PLC - London-based financial technology - Completes GBP8.0 million fundraise from placing of 10.7 million new shares at 75 pence each, with Liberum Capital Ltd acting as nominated adviser and sole bookrunner. Plans open offer to share holders at the same price to raise up to another GBP2.0 million. The plans for the equity raise were first announced after the London market close on Tuesday. Calls general meeting for April 11 to approve it. Oslo-based Watrium AS, already a 21% shareholder with 17.0 million shares, subscribes for 4.7 million placing shares.
