Gresham Technologies PLC - London-based software and services provider focused on data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management - Hires Richard Last as independent non-executive chair, effective immediately. Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Andy Balchin has been serving as interim chair since July, having taken over from Peter Simmonds. Last is currently chair of Tribal Group PLC, and a non-executive director at Corero Network Security PLC. He has served as chair at various other firms including Gamma Communications PLC, Hyve Group PLC and Servelec Group PLC.
