Triple Point Venture VCT PLC - London-based investor in early-stage small and medium-sized enterprises - Says it will use GBP5 million of the GBP20 million over-allotment facility, relating to its offer for subscription. This increases the amount that can be raised under the offer to GBP15 million. In September, it issued a prospectus looking to raise GBP10 million from an offer of shares, following approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
