Tekmar Group PLC - Darlington-based offshore energy industry services - Open offer of shares raises GBP149,796, as shareholders apply to buy 332,881 new shares at 45 pence each. That was just under 15% of the shares on offer. The open offer was in addition to a share placing that raised GBP4.0 million at the same price, and shareholders on Wednesday voted to approve the full equity issue.
