Team PLC - Jersey-based wealth, asset management and complementary financial services company - Says it is issuing 2.8 million shares at 10 pence per share as part of an equity subscription to raise GBP280,000. Says the net proceeds will be utilised for a mix of working capital and general corporate purposes. Expects admission of shares to AIM with trading effective next Thursday.
