System1 Group PLC - London-based marketing and brand consultancy - Graham Blashill plans to retire at this year's annual general meeting, having served System1 for a decade. Non-Executive Director Rupert Howell will be promoted to chair. System1 holds its AGM in September. Also appoints Philip Machray as a non-executive director, starting from this past Friday. Machray is the chief financial officer of data technology firm Merit Group PLC and a non-executive director of DigitalBox PLC, both AIM listings. Read More
