SysGroup PLC - Liverpool-based IT services and cloud-hosting provider - Expects trading for the financial year that ended on March 31 to be in line with expectations. Revenue is expected to grow 47% to GBP21.6 million from GBP14.7 million the year before. Says the growth in revenue was achieved through a combination of "6% organic growth supplemented by the successful acquisitions of Truststream and Orchard". SysGroup PLC - Liverpool-based IT services, cyber security and cloud hosting provider - Wholly acquires Bristol-based IT service provider Independent Network Solutions Ltd for GBP1.0 million. The newly acquired company trades as Orchard Computers and generated revenue of GBP2.1 million in 2021 alongside pretax profit of GBP300,000. The acquisition is funded from the company's existing cash balance. SysGroup says Orchard will enhance its presence in the South West of England and complement its operations in South Wales. SysGroup PLC - Liverpool-based IT services and cloud-hosting provider - Buys Truststream Security Solutions Ltd, a managed cyber security services provider based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The acquisition worth GBP4.8 million will be funded from Sysgroup's existing cash balance and a new revolving credit facility of GBP8.0 million, the Liverpool-based firm says. In the financial year ended September 30, 2021, Truststream generated a pretax profit of GBP800,000 and revenue of GBP3.2 million. Read More
