Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-based inventory monetisation platform - Issues third tranche of shares under equity funding facility with Venus Capital SA, with GBP675,000 raised in issue of 1.4 million shares at 0.05 each pence. Will issue Venus one warrant for every two shares in the tranche, for a total of 5.6 million warrants over the three tranches. Warrants are exercisable at 0.065p until December 31 2025.
