Shearwater Group PLC - London-based cybersecurity services provider - Says subsidiary Brookcourt Solutions Ltd secured "significant" new contract with potential value of up to GBP21.0 million with an unnamed telecommunications and media company. The initial, secured value of the contract is GBP12.9 million, across an initial three-year term, with the option to extend by a further two years for a total additional value of about GBP8.0 million.
