Spectra Systems Corp - Rhode Island, US-based authentication technology provider - Hires Edward Spies to be chief financial officer. Spies previously worked as a CFO consultant at accountants AAFCPAs from April 2021 to August last year and was CFO at polymer component manufacturer Mearthane Products Corp from March to September 2020. He started at accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers. Spectra announced in late April that Colleen Hamill had resigned "to explore other opportunities", after less than one year CFO.
