Unilever PLC - London-based consumer goods firm - Appoints Shell PLC Integrated Gas and Upstream Director Zoe Yujnovich to join the Unilever board as an independent non-executive director from March 1. Yujnovich worked for Rio Tinto PLC before joining Shell in 2014. The election and re-election of non-executive directors will take place on April 30 at the annual general meeting.
