Urban Logistics REIT PLC - specialist UK logistics real estate investor - Says it has deployed further GBP45 million of capital since late March, and total deployment since December fundraise now stands at GBP184 million. In the period from October 1 to March 31, the firm completed five new lettings, three rent reviews and two lease regears.
