Shaftesbury Capital PLC - real estate investment trust formed from merger of Capital & Counties Properties PLC and Shaftesbury PLC - Appoints Sian Westerman as a non-executive director, with effect from September 1. Westerman is chair of Strathberry Holdings Ltd and Fenwick Lyd, and a non-executive director of Augustinus Bader & Lyma Life Ltd.
