Software Circle PLC - Manchester-based printing and software company - Confirms change of name from Grafenia PLC, effective immediately. Company previously announced in late September that the change would take effect "in the coming days" as it had filed the necessary documentation with Companies House. This and the change of tradeable instrument display mnemonic, TIDM, from GRA to SFT, will take effect on AIM at the London market open on Wednesday. Software Circle confirms that shares will continue to trade on AIM, and its SEDOL and ISIN numbers will remain unchanged. Read More
