Restaurant Group PLC - London-based operator of 380 restaurants and pub restaurants across UK, including Wagamama chain - Chair Ken Hanna will step down at the annual general meeting in 2024 for "personal reasons", having been in post only since the start of 2022. Restaurant Group holds its AGMs in May.
