Rockhopper Exploration PLC - Salisbury, England-based oil & gas exploration and production company - Raises USD7.0 million, or GBP5.8 million, through a placing and subscription of 82.2 million units at a price of 7 pence each. The issue price represents a discount of 13% to the company's closing price on June 14. Company says the placing was oversubscribed.
