Regional REIT Ltd - London-based real estate investment trust - Says Norfolk House, its Birmingham office accomodation now fully let. Says existing tenant, Global Banking School has increased its occupancy, taking the remaining 29,383 square feet of previously vacant office space on the fourth and fifth floor. Says the tenant already occupied the ground, first and third floors.
