Qinetiq Group PLC - Farnborough, Hampshire-based defence technology - Names Ezinne Uzo-Okoro as an independent non-executive director, joining the board on November 1. Uzo-Okoro worked for the US government for over 20 years, most recently as assistant director of the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy from 2021 to 2024, where she was responsible for Space Policy. She now is a senior fellow at Harvard University and a member of the Council on US Foreign Relations.
