PZ Cussons PLC - Manchester-based manufacturer of personal care brands - Issues explanation for why at least 20% of shares cast votes against the re-election of two directors at its annual general meeting in November. Says reason are concerns from a small number of "significant shareholders over remuneration targets and non-executive director share ownership". Firm ensures it has engaged with shareholders on these issues and will continue to do so.
